Job summary

The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Resin Operator to safely operate and monitor resin processing equipment on a 12-hour shift (6am-6pm) in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will follow safety, quality, and operating procedures while maintaining records and supporting plant operations.

Strong math, computer skills (MS Excel/Word, SAP) and the ability to work well in a team are essential. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with preferred experience in plastics/manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in plastics/manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain resin processing equipment.
• Perform in-process checks as required.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Follow safety procedures and 5S program.
• Package finished granules and pellets as instructed.
• Issue maintenance work orders using SAP.
