Qualifications

• Six thousand (6,000) hours experience required to become familiar with the process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rotors, stators, and components for processing with resins.
• Operate VPI systems to control resin levels and vacuum cycles.
• Monitor oven times and temperatures for proper cure.
• Clean excess epoxy from components for primer/paint adhesion.
• Follow PMP and OMS for equipment operation; perform TPM tasks.
