Job summary

Meridian Adhesives Group is hiring a Resin Mixing Technician in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will transform raw ingredients into high-performing adhesives, operate mixing equipment, and collaborate with QC to deliver consistent product quality.

You’ll follow batch instructions, prepare and stage chemicals, monitor instruments, and report issues to supervisors. The role requires physical ability to lift 50–60 pounds and reading English, with first shift 5:00 am–2:30 pm and starting pay $21/hour.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stage chemicals; manually charge materials into the mixer per recipe.
• Use high-speed dispersers and handling equipment to blend to target specs.
• Continuously monitor instruments and adjust under QC direction until approved.
• Execute the production schedule; communicate improvements or concerns to the Supervisor.
• Keep the area inspection-ready—clean, organized, and safe.
• Immediately report any spill or hazard to the floor supervisor or safety.
• Follow all PPE requirements without exception.

The mission

As a Resin Mixing Technician, you transform raw ingredients into high‑performing adhesives. You’ll translate batch instructions into action, operate sophisticated mixing equipment, and collaborate with QC to deliver consistent, quality product—every time.

How you’ll contribute

• Prepare and stage chemicals; manually charge materials into the mixer per recipe.
• Use high‑speed dispersers and handling equipment to blend to target specs.
• Continuously monitor instruments and adjust under QC direction until approved.

Role logistics

Shift: 1st, Monday–Friday, 5:00 am–2:30 pm

Compensation: $21.00/hour starting rate. The expected hourly range may vary based on factors such as relevant skills/experience, time in role, business line, and geographic location.

Incentive: 2025 productivity incentive—eligible employees can earn up to $1,520 annually, paid quarterly.
