Join Fannie Mae to grow your career and help people find a place to call home.Job DescriptionIn this compelling leadership position, you will lead efforts to implement processes, procedures, and standards to anticipate, identify, respond to, and recover from short- and long-term disruptions to business processes and critical technology assets. In this role, you will ensure the understanding of how the business and technology recognize existing and future risks, and capture strategies to mitigate impacts to Fannie Mae. In addition, you will integrate risk management disciplines, with a strategic focus on risk identification, documentation of recovery plans, and testing of documented recovery and/or mitigation strategies.You will serve as the technical resiliency subject matter expert throughout the technology lifecycle, helping teams translate recovery objectives and resiliency requirements into actionable implementation plans, recovery capabilities, testing strategies, and operational readiness activities. As the Director, you will work collaboratively with technology teams to ensure critical services are recoverable, measurable, testable, and capable of meeting recovery objectives during technology failures, cyber events, and regional disruptions.
