A leading bank is seeking a Resilience Technology Senior Developer to enhance its risk functions through innovative technology and data management solutions. The role includes administering the Fusion Risk Management platform and requires extensive experience in financial services. This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
The Resilience Technology Senior Developer supports organization’s risk functions through technology, data, and reporting. This role is critical in delivering streamlined solutions across the risk organization using tools including Fusion, Archer, EverBridge, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 6 of years of experience in Financial Services, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Finance, or Accounting.
High School Diploma or GED with 10 years of experience in Financial Services, Enterprise Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Finance, or Accounting.
Preferred qualifications :
Strong knowledge of Fusion Platform administration, configurationand development.
Understanding of SDLC.
Must have a strong understanding of the Business Continuity Lifecycle.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technology and data analytics.
Familiarity with risk management processes, governance and LFI regulations.
Ability to translate business and risk requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Flexible, creative, and detailed highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated ability to produce results.
Detail and quality-oriented with the desire to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies.
Experience working with Governance Risk and Compliance applications.
CBCP or MBCP certification.
Certified Fusion Administrator.

If hired in North Carolina, the base pay for this position is generally between $97,370 and $129,826. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and / or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
