Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services is seeking a Residential Youth Operations Manager to oversee the system of supports for individuals served, coordinate personnel, and ensure service teams communicate effectively while supervising program finances.

The role requires a four-year degree in social services (or equivalent experience) and prior supervisory experience, with a valid driver’s license. It is a full-time position with on-call as required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in social services or a related field is required.
• May substitute degree with high school diploma and 4 years of I/DD or Multi System Youth experience.
• Previous supervisory/management experience is required.
• Valid driver's license that meets company Authorized Driver Criteria.

Responsibilities

• Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served.
• Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
• Ensure individuals' service teams are operating and communicating effectively.
• Financial oversight of program.
