Job Description and Requirements:

Conferences and Institutes is seeking Residential Youth Program Leaders for Building Our Future Camp, scheduled for July 14-18, 2025.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising minors 24 hours a day, ensuring safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Managing emergency responses, medication handling, and health information oversight.
  • Assisting with developing instructional content and delivering lessons and activities.
  • Monitoring participant behavior, mental health, and environmental acclimation at all times, including non-instructional periods.
  • Responding quickly and calmly to issues, handling sensitive information, and following notification protocols.

Required clearances:

  • PA State Police Criminal Background Check
  • PA Child Abuse History Clearance
  • FBI Criminal Background Check
