Job summary

Rite of Passage is seeking a Youth Mentor for Falcon Ridge Ranch in Virgin, Utah. The role provides safety supervision and supportive care for young women in a residential program.

You will monitor behaviors, document progress, support educational and recreational activities, and coordinate with staff to meet each student's treatment goals. Candidates should have a HS diploma and meet background requirements, with opportunities for growth and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass background check, drug screening, physical and TB screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for youth in the program.
• Monitor and document student behaviors and activities.
• Assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.
• Collaborate with professional staff to meet each student’s treatment plan.
