Job summary

Rite of Passage Team in South Bend, Indiana, seeks a compassionate Group Supervisor to oversee the safety, care, and around-the-clock supervision of youth at DePaul Academy Residential Facility.

You will lead staff, maintain schedules, ensure licensing ratios, and respond to emergencies. 1 year direct care experience and a high school diploma required; supervisory experience preferred. Schedule includes day shifts with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year direct care experience required.
• Be at least 21 years of age and pass a background check, TB test, and physical.

Responsibilities
