Job summary

Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) in Pike, NH is seeking a compassionate Residential Youth Counselor to join our adventure-based treatment program. You will mentor youth, model positive behavior, and support daily living activities within a therapeutic residential setting.

We offer a 4-day work week, starting at $20 per hour, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 403(b) plan. Join us to help at-risk youth build life skills and resilience while advancing your career.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree OR 60 college credits OR 2 years of experience with youth OR 7 years of parenting experience

• Implement therapeutic programming and crisis intervention
• Foster social, emotional, and coping skills
