Residential Youth Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required (Smyrna)

Milton Hershey School (MHS) is one of the world's leading private schools, providing students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds with an exceptional, career-focused education that includes housing, meals, and more—at no cost.

Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school is fully endowed and well-resourced to support both students and staff.

MHS is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents. These couples live in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing groups of approximately 8-12 students. Responsibilities include providing a family-like environment, driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Initially, couples may cover different homes before being assigned to a specific one.

  • Salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $165,000 per couple, including free housing, meals during duty, utilities, and more

Qualifications
