Job summary

The Relatives in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Residential Youth Care Specialist to support children in a safe, caring home-like setting.

You will provide intervention services, facilitate individual, group and family conferences, and connect residents and families with referrals as needed. You will help maintain a clean, secure residence and promote well-being for every child in our care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human services is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services for awake nights, overnight and weekend.
• Prefer 6 months of related experience.
• Must have a valid NC driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Offer intervention services and facilitate conferences with residents and families.
• Maintain a clean and safe residence and monitor residents.
