Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler in the Phoenix area. The installer will perform safe installations following SOPs and PPE, delivering a 5-star customer experience.

You will start by loading materials at 6:30 AM, travel to homes, install replacement windows/doors, and ensure a clean, respectful job site. Requirements include carpentry/remodeling experience or eagerness to learn, basic hand/power tool knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and a smartphone for company systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Remove existing window/door space, install replacement windows and exterior doors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
