Residential Window & Door Installer – Finish Carpentry – Master Residential Craftsmanship and Lead Premium Exterior Installations

Job Overview

• Company: Global Home Improvements, Inc
• Salary/Pay Rate: $26.00–$33.00 per hour (Depending on experience) plus Overtime
• Location: Feasterville, PA (Travel to job sites via company-provided transportation)
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time
• Schedule: Monday – Friday (Overtime available and paid in accordance with applicable laws)
• Mandatory Licences & Certifications: Valid Driver's License and a good driving record

You will serve as a critical field expert, driving the successful execution of residential carpentry and premium exterior installations. • Execute highly precise residential carpentry tasks, including framing, trim work, and finish carpentry, in strict accordance with project plans.

• Coordinate with team members on-site to maintain safe, organized, and highly efficient job sites.
• Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship to protect the company's reputation for exceptional service and integrity.
• Operate company-provided transportation safely to and from various regional job sites.
• Resolve real-time technical framing or finish adjustments on-site to uphold superior project quality.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3–5 years of dedicated carpentry experience specifically within residential environments.
• Strong, demonstrated knowledge of framing, trim work, and finish carpentry techniques.
• Absolute dependability, a detail-oriented mindset, and a proven ability to work well as part of a field team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required for operating fleet vehicles.
• Proximity requirement: Candidates must live within approximately 30 minutes of our main office in Feasterville, PA.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated experience specifically installing high-end replacement windows and residential entry doors.
• Advanced knowledge of residential building materials, exterior remodeling workflows, and structural modifications.
• Experience working on collaborative crews with a solution-oriented, proactive mindset.
