Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking motivated Residential Sales Advisors (Design Consultants) for the Westchester Territory. You will visit pre-scheduled homes to present window and door replacement options and aim for a same-day decision.

This full-time, commission-based role offers uncapped commissions, paid training with mentorship, annual sales trips for top performers, and a full insurance package plus 401(k).

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License.
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled residential appointments and present products.
• Aim for a same-day decision with a strong one-call close.
• No project management or follow-up required.
