The State of Georgia is seeking a Residential Wellness Property Coordinator to manage supportive housing sites in multiple counties. This role involves working with various stakeholders to ensure quality service delivery and operational efficiency, requiring strong leadership and care coordination skills. Applicants should have a high school diploma and relevant experience in social services, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing client wellbeing within the mental health framework.
The Residential Wellness Property Coordinator is responsible for overall management of GHFA PSH sites under Mental Health Supportive Housing, primarily in Rockdale, Newton & Gwinnett Counties. Ensures efficient and effective operational performance by working closely with the individuals served, vendors, internal & external stakeholders and Mental Health Supportive Housing team members. Provides administrative leadership, day-to-day oversight of properties, and supports the Program Manager. Responds to questions, requests, or needs based on specific knowledge of the program and its operation.Ensure compliance, efficiency and client satisfaction; problem solving.
Under direct supervision of Mental Health Residential Property Management Program Manager, performs a variety of administrative, care coordination and resource linkage for individuals served in Mental Health Residential services.

High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of job-related experience providing social or direct care services to groups of special needs individuals in a human service setting, which includes one (1) year experience as a lead worker, team lead, or supervisory role; or one (1) year of experience at the lower level Client Support Worker 3 (SSS012) or position equivalent.
