Job summary

Culligan's Bozeman dealership is recruiting a Service Technician to install, service, and repair residential water treatment equipment. The role emphasizes mechanical aptitude, problem solving, and delivering exceptional customer service in a hands-on environment.

The position offers paid training, a Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 AM–4:00 PM), and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and superior problem-solving skills.
• High motivation to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
• 1 year of prior plumbing and/or water conditioning service/installation experience (preferred).
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, critical thinking is a key requirement.
• Capability to work under deadlines and in physically demanding conditions (move products up to 185 lbs).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service or customer-focused position.
• Successful completion of a DOT physical exam.

• Service, install, and repair residential and commercial water treatment equipment.
