Aufgaben

• Review and manually analyze complete residential credit packages to evaluate repayment ability.
• Perform comprehensive reviews of property appraisals and advise on collateral risk.
• Manually underwrite and approve residential portfolio loans including niche products without AUS.
• Navigate loan files using Encompass LOS and apply underwriting guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Loan Officers, Processors, and Credit Leadership on complex scenarios.
• Render credit decisions and document conditions within regulatory timelines.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state banking regulations including ATR/QM, TRID, HMDA, ECOA and FL Homestead.
• Educate sales team on credit guidelines to maintain pipeline momentum.
• Complete annual training and other duties as assigned.
