Job summary

Dominion Properties, a Baltimore-based real estate investment firm, is seeking skilled maintenance personnel to support property upkeep and renovations throughout the portfolio. This role focuses on carpentry, drywall, painting, and related trades to maintain safe, quality housing.

You will perform a range of hands-on tasks including framing, door hanging, cabinet work, flooring installation, and minor electrical/plumbing tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential carpentry and framing.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Light electrical, plumbing, concrete and landscaping are a plus.
