Job summary

Dominion Properties is seeking a skilled maintenance/carpentry professional in Baltimore, MD to support our real estate investment operations. The role focuses on finishing and repairing single-family homes with emphasis on craftsmanship and safety.

You will perform painting, carpentry, drywall patching, door hanging, cabinetry installation, flooring, light demos, framing, and related punch-out tasks while collaborating with a small team to timely deliver high-quality housing options.

Qualifications

• Strong background in residential carpentry.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Light electrical, plumbing, concrete and landscaping are a plus.
