Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch in Bismarck, ND seeks compassionate Residential Treatment Specialists (RTS I) to support youths aged 10–17 in a safe, structured setting. You will help with daily routines, activities, and therapy goals while building trustful relationships with youth and families.

The role offers both part-time and full-time shifts with training within 30 days, weekend rotations, and a path to RTS II/III as skills grow. Benefits are provided after required hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Criminal background check required (including child abuse/neglect).
• Preferred: insurable motor vehicle driving record.
• Post-secondary studies in social science, psychology, behavioral health, or human services preferred but not required.

• Create a safe, supportive, structured environment for youth aged 10–17.
• Build positive relationships and teach life and social skills.
• Support therapy goals and document progress for families and the treatment team.
