Job summary

Stewart is a global real estate services company providing title insurance, settlement, underwriting, and lender services. This role provides nationwide title services by assembling title packages, researching tax documentation, and performing other escrow-related tasks.

You will conduct title research and work in an office, title plant, or remotely, traveling to courthouses and government entities to perform searches, with a primary focus on residential transactions and routine support duties

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts title research to compile search packages ranging in complexity.
• Work may be done in an office, title plant or remotely traveling to courthouses, municipalities and other government entities to perform the searches.
• Primarily focused on residential transactions.
• Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes.
• Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members.
• Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
