Job summary

NRT | Foundry Treatment Center in Colorado is seeking a Residential Therapist for Front Range position. You will provide direct care through individual and group therapy, assess client needs, and implement treatment plans while ensuring client safety.

Requirements include a Master’s degree with state licensure or candidate status, LAC eligible, DORA-registered, and 2+ years in clinical or residential behavioral health settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with licensure or eligibility.
• LAC eligible and DORA-registered.
• EMDR certification preferred.
• 2+ years in clinical settings managing people and programs.
• 2+ years in addictions/behavioral health, residential experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
• Complete service plans and updates for caseload.
• Provide support services to individuals in treatment.
• Collaborate with clinical, medical, and admissions staff.
• Contribute to clinical decisions as part of a team.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable treatment environment.
• Ensure client safety and satisfaction.
• Follow policies and procedures with clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
