NRT | Foundry Treatment Center in Denver, CO is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to deliver individual and group therapy in a primarily on-site setting. The role focuses on assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and ensuring safety throughout treatment sessions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or related field and current State license or candidate status (e.g. LPC, MFTC, LSW).
• LAC eligible.
• DORA-registered.
• NPI (National Provider Identifier) required.
• One plus year experience in addictions/behavioral healthcare settings; residential treatment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate individual or telehealth/in-person group therapy sessions with active client participation.
• Complete service plans and updates for caseload.
• Monitor mouth swab tests/ administer UAs as needed and document appropriately.
• Collaborate with clinical, medical, and admissions staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and related regulations.
