Job summary

North Spring Behavioral Healthcare in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Therapist for our residential program, Monday through Friday. You will work with children and adolescents aged 7-17, managing a caseload of 8-10 and delivering individual and family therapy weekly.

Collaborating with internal and external teams, you will support successful discharge and help youth transition safely back into the community. A Master's degree in a human services field is required; Virginia licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in human services field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling, education).
  • Prefer Virginia licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or resident in counseling with CSOTP/CSAC preferred.
  • Experience with children/adolescents is preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Subject to pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Master's Degree in human services field (i.e. psychology, social work, counseling, education).
  • Prefered: Licensed in the state of Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or a Licensed Psychologist). Or, must be resident in counseling. Preference given to candidates with CSOTP and/or CSAC.
