Full Time Residential Technician - Derry, NH

We are looking for individuals with their LNA or those aspiring to obtain their LNA. We will also consider candidates with a medical background or without one, as we are willing to train on the job.

Responsibilities:
  1. Organize and ensure completion of shift task lists
  2. Promote a culture of positivity, accountability, communication, and cohesiveness within and across departments
  3. Perform thorough searches of clients' rooms and belongings; inventory belongings accurately when appropriate
  4. Assist housekeeping in maintaining a sanitized and clean environment, ensuring clients have clean clothing and bedding
  5. Make decisions and find alternative solutions to problems
  6. Document nutrition, hydration, and ADL concerns as needed
  7. Maintain communication with nursing staff on duty
  8. This is an overnight shift from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., including Saturdays
  9. Provide clients with access to fluids, snacks, and meals
  10. Perform routine maintenance and storage of medical supplies and equipment
  11. Monitor milieu activities and ensure safety
  12. Assist with obtaining vital signs and report abnormalities to the nurse on duty
  13. Communicate effectively in written and oral forms
  14. Quick screening and documentation
Qualifications:
  • Proven competency in the LNA role
  • Successful completion of a NH State-approved Nursing Assistant course or equivalent
  • Licensed as a Nursing Assistant in NH
  • CPR certified (training available if needed)
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects
  • Meet and maintain all pre-employment requirements including background checks, drug screening, DMV check, and license verification
