Job summary

Comcast is seeking a Residential Sales Representative to promote and sell XFINITY products within an assigned turf, focusing on door-to-door direct sales and building relationships to hit targets.

You will use product knowledge to demonstrate benefits, negotiate pricing, and compare offerings while traveling locally; you must be able to work nights and weekends and meet physical requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience recommended.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Showcasing Comcast product expertise and promoting/selling to customers by door-to-door canvassing in assigned area.
• Demonstrating current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products including their features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns.
• Communicating and developing rapport with customers effectively; evaluating individual customers' needs and making recommendations.
• Increasing customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models and how they compare to competitors.
• Evaluating offers from other providers and articulating Comcast advantages.
• Must meet physical requirements including walking and traveling door-to-door in various weather conditions.
• Where applicable, obtain and maintain credentials/licenses to sell/design alarm systems as required by law.
• Exercise independent judgment and maintain punctual attendance; be able to work nights/weekends.
