The Arc Erie County NY is seeking a Residential Team Leader at West Ferry, Buffalo, NY. This full-time role supervises care for residents, develops care plans, and ensures high-quality service in a residential setting.

Responsibilities include guiding staff, addressing resident needs in care plans, and leading team meetings to discuss progress and treatment plans. Requires relevant degree or equivalent experience and related certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus one year of direct service experience in Human Services.
• Associate’s degree plus three years of direct service experience in Human Services.
• High School diploma plus five years of direct service experience in Human Services.

RESIDENTIAL TEAM LEADER- WEST FERRY - $27.05 PER HOUR!

Department: Residential

Location: West Ferry Street, Buffalo, NY

Schedule: Full-Time, 40hrs. Shift: Sunday-Thursday 9am-5pm

Rate of Pay: $27.05 per hour

Primary purpose of the position

Overseeing the care and support of residents in a residential setting, ensuring individual needs are met, and facilitating the development and implementation of care plans.

Key Performance Areas

• Guide and support team members, ensuring they provide quality care and adhere to established policies and procedures
• Responsible for ensuring that each resident's unique needs are addressed in their care plans
• Leads and participates in team meetings to discuss resident progress, treatment plans, and address any concerns

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s DegreePLUSone year full-time paid direct service experience in the Human Services field OR
• Associate’s degreePLUSthree years full-time paid direct service experience in the Human Services field OR
• High SchoolPLUShas five years’ full-time paid direct service experience in the Human Services field.

In addition to:

• Medication Administration and First Aid Certification, CPR, and Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention-Revised training (SCIP) must be taken as provided by the agency within 90 days of hire and maintained.
• A valid NYS driver's license and approved driving record
