The Residential Manager is responsible for overseeing activities, funds, and schedules for two home locations; and ensuring all residents are properly managed and cared for. The Residential Manager is a Full-Time position and must be able to work a flexible full time schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and any other day when emergencies or staff call-offs occur that would require he/she to work.

• Must be able to carry out ALL duties that are required by Direct Care Staff; all
• management positions involve hands-on work that requires you to assist with all

• Knowledge of laws and regulations governing the operations of group homes for
• developmentally disabled individuals

Minimum Qualifications:
