Support Management dba Community Intersections is seeking Residential Support Staff to assist adults with disabilities in their homes with daily living tasks, skills training, and community participation. You will work directly with 1–3 individuals, following their Service Plans and ensuring safe, respectful, and person-centered care.
Responsibilities include documenting progress, coordinating transportation, and supporting personal needs while maintaining a collaborative team approach.
