Job summary

Aletheia House in Montgomery, AL is seeking a part-time Residential Supervisor to oversee residents, supervise daily activities, meals, and recreation, and ensure safety and compliance.

You will document client activities, assist with medications, and transport participants to meetings, with a Saturday/Sunday schedule and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for part-time roles.
• Must be MAC certified.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for completing room inspections for compliance checks
• Enforce program rules in a fair and constant manner
• Properly document activities on clients and maintain other records as directed

• Transport program participants to NA/AA meetings, store runs, and other recreational activities
• Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing coordinator

Primary Responsibilities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. for Part time positions
• Must be able to become MAC certified
• Valid driver license and good driving record, required

Travel Requirements

• If travel is required , must be willing to use and have your own personal transportation.
• Mileage reimbursement for personal use of vehicle is included
