Job summary

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) is seeking a part-time Adult Residential Support Professional for the 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:00am, Wed-Fri) in Waukesha County, WI. Under supervision, you will support residents in ARJ programs, document behaviors, and assist with daily living tasks while upholding confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong reading, writing, and math abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow directions and maintain professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to residents in ARJ programs under supervision.
• Document resident behaviors and maintain records and reports.
• Assist with housekeeping, clothing, bedding, and supplies.
• Monitor or administer medications per program policies.
• Share client status updates while maintaining confidentiality.
