Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. is seeking a part-time Residential Specialist to support individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and community settings. Training is provided, and the role emphasizes dignity, independence, and person-centered care.

Locations include Granville, Lewistown, McVeytown, Mifflintown, Milroy, Reedsville, with flexible scheduling and a team-driven environment that values meaningful work and community impact.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Preferred: experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or in human services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and supervision to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential and community settings.
• Assist individuals with transportation, daily activities, community participation, and goals in their Support Plans.
• Promote independence, dignity, personal choice, inclusion, and life skills development.
• Maintain documentation including medication records, logs, progress notes, and incident reports.
• Collaborate with coworkers, families, supervisors, and support teams to ensure high-quality services and compliance.
