Job Duties:

• Medication Monitoring
• Assistance in client homes with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Driving clients to appointments/activities in an agency vehicle
• Delegation of job duties
• Documentation on electronic medical records
• Providing human services assistance and advocacy for clients with chronic mental health disorders
• Trauma-informed supportive listening during crises
• Motivating, empowering, coaching, and training staff
• Conducting performance reviews, interviewing, and training new staff

Qualifications:

• A relevant degree or 5 years of experience in the industry
• Knowledge and experience in supervision and management
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Management experience preferred
• Clearances: PA Criminal, Pre-Employment Drug Screen, Motor Vehicle
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
