Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a human services field.
• Valid Hawaii State driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise milieu activities and uphold client safety.
• Work with counseling team to ensure consistency in interventions.
• Model and encourage assertive communication.
• Monitor self-administered medications and complete documentation.
• Conduct drug screenings as scheduled.
• Provide transportation for residents as assigned.
• Attend staff meetings and agency training.
• Complete documentation duties such as shift logs.
• Participate in shift change conferences with timely communication.
• Maintain accurate inventory of supplies and equipment.
