Easter Seals NH, Inc. is hiring Residential Support Counselors in Nottingham, NH, to join a compassionate team. The role entails 40 hours per week with shifts Wednesday–Saturday and a compensation of $24 per hour.

You will support adults in two adjacent homes, assist with daily living tasks, accompany clients on outings, and ensure safety and dignity in a residential setting. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of human services experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience working in the Human Services field.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence and create a safe home environment.
• Provide companionship and daily living support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry.
• Support clients with activities and appointments in the community.
• Follow each individual's care plan and document daily notes.
