Job summary

ATS is seeking a full-time Support Staff member to supervise residential living areas, ensure safety, and support clients under the Clinical Support Services Supervisor. Role includes coordinating client appointments, room assignments, and providing crisis management support.

A GED or equivalent is required; an AA degree is preferred. Prior experience with substance abuse or social services is favored. Must have a valid driver's license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents and ensure security and a safe environment.
• Coordinate room assignments and kitchen crew schedules.
• Provide orientation and daily client services and crisis support.
