Job summary

Opportunity Foundation is seeking a Residential Supervisor to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals in a residential group home, serving adults and children with developmental disabilities. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Oregon driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proof of personal automobile insurance.
• Ability to pass Oregon criminal background investigations.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
• CPR and First Aid certification is required.
• Ability to meet Oregon Core Competencies.
• Ability to obtain Oregon Intervention System (OIS) certification and Individual Focus (IF) training, as required.
• Complete 12 hours of job-related in-service training annually.

• Maintain resident records, documentation, case notes, incident reports, and Therap documentation.
• Assist with ISPs, Functional Assessments, Behavior Support Plans, and other required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules, state regulations, and organizational policies.
• Maintain resident confidentiality at all times.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment.
• Report maintenance and safety concerns promptly.
• Assist with supply ordering when needed.
• Participate in required staff meetings and annual training.

Position Summary

The Residential Supervisor works under the direction of the Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential program serving adults and children with developmental disabilities. This position provides direct support to residents while supervising and coaching DSP staff to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

What You’ll Do
