Job summary

New Haven is a residential treatment center in Spanish Fork, UT seeking a dedicated Mentor Supervisor to oversee shift mentors on-site. You will support adolescent girls through trauma-informed, relationship-based care and lead daily operations with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

The role requires a 21+ age, HS diploma, clean driving record, and a commitment of at least 8 months, with additional shifts to support full-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and Utah background check.
• Willing to commit for a minimum of 8 months and obtain a Food Handler’s Permit before starting.
• Knowledge of company policies, hiring/disciplinary procedures, and Mentor responsibilities.
• Student-centered understanding of challenges, behavioral disorders, and medication protocols.
• Leads by example with teaching, motivation, and team-building skills.
• Works effectively with therapists and nurses.

• Clear Communication: Share shift updates during handoffs.
• Team Representation: Advocate for your shift in Treatment Team meetings.
• Safety Leadership: Conduct quarterly safety drills and model best practices.

Overview

Location: Spanish Fork, UT (on-site) Hourly Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00 an hour

Schedule: Tues/Thurs/Sat | 2:00pm-11:00pm

Wed 9:00am-1:00pmEvery other Sunday as needed

Additional shifts available to support full-time scheduling

Qualifications

• Meets Core Requirements:Must be 21+, hold a high school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and pass a Utah State background check.
• Committed and Prepared:Willing to commit for a minimum of 8 months and obtain a Food Handler’s Permit before starting.
• Policy-Savvy:Well-versed in company policies, hiring and disciplinary procedures, and Mentor responsibilities.
• Student-Centered Knowledge:Understands student challenges, behavioral disorders, and medication protocols.
• Leadership-Driven:Leads by example with strong teaching, motivational, and team-building skills.
