Job summary

Sevita, through its NeuroRestorative program in Colorado, is seeking a Residential Supervisor for the evening shift. You will supervise daily activities, coordinate staff, and ensure safe, compliant living environments for individuals with brain or spinal cord injuries and other complex needs.

You will lead onboarding and training, participate in hiring decisions, and build partnerships with families and case managers to support growth and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services is required/preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is required.
• Strong communication skills to manage relationships with individuals, families and professionals.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
• Compassionate approach and commitment to quality in care.
• Reliable, responsible attitude and professionalism in all duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities and appointments for individuals receiving support.
• Schedule and oversee Direct Care Staff and daily program operations.
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered.
• Participate in hiring decisions, performance evaluations and corrective actions.
• Maintain positive relationships with case managers, referral agents and families.
• Monitor safety and comfort, ensuring regulatory compliance in living environments.
• Foster satisfaction plans and advocate for individuals served.

NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities and appointments for all individuals receiving support including implementing programs and services
• Coordinate, supervise, and maintain the daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee the daily operation of the program
• Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered
• Provide input and feedback in hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and termination decisions
• Foster positive relations with case managers, referral agents and lobbies on behalf of individuals receiving care
• Maintain relationships with families, guardians, and implement individual satisfaction enhancement plans
• Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals served while ensuring living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services
• One to two years' experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Other education and experience as required by state
• Current CPR and First Aid Valid driver's license, car registration and auto insurance
• Licensure as required by state
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills to manage relationships
