One of the biggest advantages of this position is the potential for a 4-day workweek while earning an average of $70,000–$90,000 per year. For those who want to maximize their earning potential, there is also the opportunity to work a 5th day (particularly during our busy season), which can provide the opportunity to earn above the typical $70,000-$90,000 range.

Our technicians are compensated through a combination of hourly pay and production-based bonuses, giving motivated employees the opportunity to increase their earnings as they develop their skills and productivity.

What You’ll Do

Entry-level Residential Spray Foam Technicians perform energy‑efficiency improvements and residential retrofit work prescribed by our team of Energy Advisors.

• Applying spray foam insulation
• Blowing in cellulose insulation
• Performing air‑sealing work
• Installing and replacing windows and doors
• Completing general carpentry and construction‑related projects
• Working in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other residential areas
• Providing professional, high‑quality service in our customers' homes

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals who will provide the training and support needed to develop your skills.

Who We’re Looking For

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, paid training is provided. That said, candidates with a strong construction or skilled‑trade background are preferred. Experience in carpentry, remodeling, insulation, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, general contracting, or handyman work can be especially valuable.

The ideal candidate

• Has hands‑on construction, carpentry, or skilled‑trade experience or a strong desire to learn
• Is comfortable working in tight attics and crawl spaces
• Can consistently lift 50+ pounds
• Owns basic hand tools
• Has a valid New York State driver's license
• Is organized, dependable, punctual, and motivated
• Has strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Takes pride in workmanship and maintaining a clean, professional appearance

• Can pass a medical physical required to wear and work with a respirator
