Job summary

The Arc of San Diego is seeking a Residential Specialist to provide direct care to individuals with disabilities in a home setting in Spring Valley, California. The role emphasizes person-centered support to help clients engage in daily life and gain independence.

Required: high school diploma or GED, 6 months' experience with disabilities, valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred; Therap experience a plus.

About the Role:

As a Residential Specialist, you’ll provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a home environment. Using a person-centered approach, you’ll empower clients to engage in daily life, make choices, and gain independence.

Location: Spring Valley

Pay: The pay for this position is $20.00 to $20.65

Schedule: Thurs- Fri 6a-11a Sat & Sun 6a-2p, Mon 6a-10a
