Job summary

HCRS (Health Care & Rehabilitation Services of Southeastern Vermont) is seeking a Residential Specialist in Springfield, Vermont, to support individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges. You will help them develop independent living skills and emotional regulation integral to their treatment goals.

The position offers a pay range of $20-$23.19 per hour, starting with 4 weeks of paid time off, plus sick days and holidays. Additional benefits include a $2,000 sign-on bonus and various differential pays.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use challenges.
• A valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation.

Residential Specialist

Starting with 4 weeks of paid time off (prorated), 12 sick days, and 9 holidays per year. Includes shift differential, weekend differential, and generous holiday pay. $2,000 sign-on bonus.

As a Residential Specialist, you will support individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges to develop independent living skills and emotional regulation skills integral to accomplishing their treatment goals.
