I Am Boundless in Ohio is hiring a Residential Specialist to provide direct programming and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role focuses on enhancing daily living skills and community participation.

You will assist with meals, laundry, light housekeeping, toileting, and other tasks as needed. Evening shifts are Tue, Wed 4pm–11pm and Thu, Sat 3pm–11pm. Boundless offers comprehensive benefits and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
• Background check, drug screen, and health screen may be required during pre-employment.

What You’ll Do:

As a Residential Specialist, you’ll play a meaningful role in providing direct programming and/or dietary/laundry/toileting/housekeeping support or other support to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age; High School Diploma or equivalent; must be able to communicate in English, including both spoke and in writing.

All candidates selected to undergo the pre-employment process will be required to complete a background check, drug screen, and health screen, as applicable for the role.
