Liberty Resources is seeking a Per Diem Residential Specialist to support residents in our Transitional Housing Program, ensuring a safe, healthy, and welcoming living environment. The role involves weekend shifts including days, evenings, and overnights, contributing to service plans and providing supportive counseling.
Qualifications include a HS Diploma; a Bachelor's or Associate's and/or related experience is preferred.
We're currently seeking Per Diem Residential Specialists to work with our Transitional Housing Program for homeless individuals.
The primary goal of this program is to provide an environment and level of services which will enable residents to attain and maintain safe and affordable permanent housing of their choice.
