Supportive Concepts for Families is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for residential settings in Carnegie, Pittsburgh, and surrounding areas. No experience required; paid training provided; $2,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay options.

As a DSP you will assist with daily living, personal care, meal support, community activities, and promote independence with a compassionate, patient approach. This full-time role offers benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when necessary
• Supporting daily living skills and independence
• Helping individuals participate in community activities, appointments, and social events
• Providing companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
• Following individualized support plans and goals
• Promoting dignity, respect, and person-centered care
