Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a Residential Installation Technician to evaluate customer needs, design, install, test, and educate customers on their home security systems in Irving, Texas. You will work closely with homeowners to determine the best system configuration and ensure reliable operation at the customer's site.

Responsibilities include installing and testing equipment, ensuring proper signal reception, promoting safe practices, and keeping the work area clean.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer needs, design, install, and educate the customer on the use of their system.
• Work with the customer to determine optimal system and equipment to meet their needs.
• Install and test the operations of all equipment to ensure proper functionality and signal reception.
• Identify opportunities to improve the use and functionality of the customers system and provide those recommendations.
• Pursue safety practices to safeguard against injury and damage to property.
• Leave the site clean and in better condition than at start.
