Ideal Siding Pittsburgh is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to become our primary residential closer and take ownership of the sales pipeline. This player-coach role starts with personally selling high-value siding and exterior remodeling projects, then grows to recruit, train, and lead additional salespeople with support from an estimator and proposal writer.

Qualifications

• Proven success in high-ticket residential sales.
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• In-home sales experience strongly preferred.
• Home improvement or exterior remodeling experience a major plus.
• Strong closing, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
• Comfort discussing price, financing, and large purchases with homeowners.
• Organized with CRM and follow-up.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel across the Pittsburgh market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales consultations.
• Present siding and exterior remodeling solutions.
• Build value, handle objections, discuss financing, and close sales.
• Manage opportunities and maintain CRM records.
• Meet revenue and conversion goals monthly and annually.
• Coordinate with estimating, proposal, and operations teams.
• Review lost opportunities and improve the sales process.
• Eventually recruit, train, coach, and manage additional salespeople.
