M&M Home Remodeling Services is looking for experienced siding subcontractor crews for residential siding replacement projects throughout the Chicagoland area.

If your crew has experience installing James Hardie siding, fiber cement siding, vinyl siding, or other exterior remodeling products, we want to hear from you.

What

• Install James Hardie and fiber cement siding
• Install vinyl and other residential siding products
• Complete siding tear-offs and replacement projects
• Prepare homes for siding installation
• Maintain clean and organized jobsites
• Take required before-and-after project photos
• Document job progress through our CRM
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and Field Superintendents
• Complete projects according to company quality and safety standards

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of residential siding installation experience
• James Hardie or fiber cement siding experience strongly preferred
• Experience with residential siding replacement
• Established crew preferredStrong workmanship and attention to detail
• Reliable communication and scheduling
• Ability to manage jobsites efficiently
• Professional customer service
• At least one English-speaking crew member required
• Ability to work throughout the Chicagoland area

Insurance requirements

• General Liability: $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate
• Products & Completed Operations: $2M
• Automobile Liability: $1M combined single limit
• Workers' Compensation: $500K / $500K / $500K
