Qualifications

• 1+ year of residential siding installation experience.
• James Hardie or fiber cement siding experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with residential siding replacement.
• Established crew preferred.
• Strong workmanship and attention to detail.
• Reliable communication and scheduling.
• Ability to manage jobsites efficiently.
• Professional customer service.
• At least one English-speaking crew member required.
• Ability to work throughout the Chicagoland area.

Responsibilities

• Install James Hardie and fiber cement siding.
• Install vinyl and other residential siding products.
• Complete siding tear-offs and replacement projects.
• Prepare homes for siding installation.
• Maintain clean and organized jobsites.
• Take required before-and-after project photos.
• Document job progress through our CRM.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and Field Superintendents.
• Complete projects according to company quality and safety standards.
